You can order a lunch package at the reception until 6 p.m. the evening before. The price is Euro 10,50 (incl. bread, fruit, sweets and a drink).
Visit our museum! Enjoy the traditional and old things and get to know the history of the Kaunertal valley. The entry is free for our hotel guests. Please contact the reception if you are interested in visiting the museum.
In front of the hotel or behind the farm building and the chapel in the direction of the camping site, you can park your vehicle without any problems. Motorcycle trailers can only park exclusively at the rear parking lot and suspended from the car.
You can rent a parking area in our garage subject to availability. It costs € 10,- per night. You will receive the entry code for the garage at the reception.
Your little friend is welcome in certain rooms.
Please understand that your pet is not allowed in the restaurant and in the wellness area. We also ask you to register your pets already when making the reservation, so that we can offer you the rooms that are allowed with dogs.
We charge Euro 23,- per day without food for your pet.
Should the room be extremely dirty due to pet hair or damaged - there can be extra costs.

In the room, there is a small safe box in the closet. It can be opened with a key or a numerical code. Please check before departure if your safe is really empty.
If your safe key is lost, we have to charge a fee of Euro 90,-.

Smoking is not allowed in the whole hotel. Please visit our terrace or go outside to smoke.

Charges for telephone calls are billed by call unit. One call unit corresponds to approx. € 0,25 per unit for calls within Austria. If you want to call from room to room - just dial the room number (e.g.: 103).
You can activate your personal wake-up call via the room telephone: pick up the telephone, dial "93" and the four digit wake-up time "0700". The wake-up call must be reactivated daily.
